James Holtmann Sr. passed away at his home on February 3, 2025, surrounded by his family. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, on January 18, 1939. He attended McDermott High School. He retired from All American Coach after 22 years.

He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Inez; children, Tina (Robert), Debbie (David) and Jim Jr. (Kristie); six grandchildren, Chauna, Brandon Sr., Jennifer, Rebekah, Shane Cameron, Hannah, and Sophie; great-grandchildren, Brandon Jr., Laray, Bryson, Kobie, Haylie, Emiley, Lilly, Maggie, Luke, Grace, Bella, Rose, Jaxon, and Gavin; brothers-in-law, George (Sue), Conley (Phyllis), Eugene (Mittie); sisters-in-law, Helen (Larry) and Jo (James). He will be truly missed by his family and his best furry friend, Clyde.

Friends will be received on Febuary, 15, 2025, from 6:00-8:00 p.m., at The Chapel at Heritage Cremation and Burial Society, Address: 16150 Brookpark Rd, Cleveland, OH 44135, where services will be held on Saturday at 3 p.m., where friends will be received after 4 p.m., officiated by Pastor Paul Lafontaine. Internment at Algar Cemetery will immediately follow the service.
