It is with great sadness we announce the loss of James Neal Hérie, who passed away on October 27, 2023.

James was born on September 3, 2011, in Ste. Anne, MB.  He truly started living a year later, when his parents rescued him from a death sentence, and moved him to Winnipeg. That was when he met the love of his life, Minnie.  

James loved to play, run and jump. He never realized he wasn't a puppy anymore. He adored playing hide and seek with his little brother and sister. James exuded joy and loved nothing more than human contact, always demanding pets, scratches, and snuggles.  The husky in this corgi cross loved to tell you exactly what he thought, much to his family's amusement.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Danielle and Paul, and his younger brother and sister, Max and Fiona.  James was predeceased by his partner in crime, the love of his life, Minnie.

While we mourn his departure, we find comfort in knowing that James and Minnie are back together. He will always be remembered and deeply loved.
