James's obituary
First James Earl Henry Jr., also known as Bay Bay, grew up in Birmingham Alabama and moved to Brooklyn as a child and final resting place in Bronx, New York. James had two children who proceeded him in death Lashonna Chapman and James Henry lll. Henry loved people and everyone loved him, from his swag, fashion, charisma to his dance moves Bay Bay was our light that could switch any room from sorrowful to joyful.
James will be dearly missed and always remembered. James Earl Henry Jr. Parents: Preceded him in death, father James Earl Henry and Mother Bernice (Sears) McLean. Bay Bay is survived by Great nieces Deborah Boykin, Vernell( Boykin) Morris and Samuel Morris, Donald Boykin Jr., Gwendolyn Floyd Arnold Floyd. Bay Bay has four living uncles and three living Aunts. He has 2 grandchildren, James Earl Henry 3rd & Jameya Henry & 1 great grandson. Bay Bay living siblings are Carrie (Henry-Miller) Perkins, Tonja (McLean) Martin and Anthony T Martin.
On behalf of Uncle Baby Great Niece Shaquana Boykin and immediate family we thank you for your kind words, memories, photos and monetary assistance. James Earl Henry Jr. will be rested next to his sister who proceeded him in death, Deborah D Boykin-Ali. Remember Bay Bay as you did and let us pray, Lord, we pray for his peaceful rest. Just as he has been a beacon of love and kindness in our lives, may Your light now guide him to eternal peace. We ask You, O God, to envelop his soul with Your boundless mercy and love. Let him rest in the warmth of Your embrace, far from the worries of this worldly life.
