James "Eddie" Hughes, 66, of Rock Hill, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2022   James was born on 01/31/1956 to James and Suddie Hughes in Gastonia,N.C. he went to Northwestern High School in Rock hill ,S.c where he was a well known member of community .He coached pee-wee football for Lesslie Hornets and was always involved in extracurricular  activiities .He worked hard   for PPM as an elctrician,At General Tire until there closing when he moved to Bowater .He was a great father and brother to many who loved the outdoors always wanting to hunt and fish. He  will be greatly remembered and missed .   James was predeceased by 3 grandchildren  Maeson James  Hinson,Deanna Hope Hughes and James O'Dell Hughes lll.and 2 Brothers Gary and Jerry Hughes . He is survived by .2 Sons James Aaron Hughes James O'Dell Hughes and daughter Tasha Michele Hughes and Step daughter Melissa Woody  and 19 grandchildren and 5 great grand children And 4 brothers Steve and Dale Hughes,and Mike and Vander Robinson.
