James (Jim) Decker (1963–2023)
Jim Decker, 60, of Goodyear, AZ, passed away on November 13.
He was born in 1963 to George and Louise Decker. Shortly after graduating high school, Jim joined the Navy. After many years of service he moved on to working at Intel, before finally settling in at Arizona Public Service, Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station as a Reactor Operator at Unit 1.
