Dear Karen, Jeff and the Dao family
I am so saddened to hear of your loss, my heart is with you in this difficult time of sorrow.
James was such a unique individual. To me, he was a great mentor, a role model, a wonderful gentleman. I was so happy that I told him “you have to be in good health, we all need you”, finally I said to him “I love you” over my last phone call with him, that should be the very first time in my life I said “I love you” to a man. I indeed miss him already, and very much.
James so special can never be forgotten, may his soul rest in peace. God Bless your family!
