James A. Cleveland Sr. of Millerstown, Pa and Frostproof, Fl passed away on Tuesday April 22nd 2025 at the age of 74. He was born on July 15th 1950 in Springville, NY. He grew up in Arcade, NY and many other places. He graduated from Arcade central school in Arcade, NY in 1967 At the age of 17.

JAMES was a United States Marine, And Vietnam Veteran Oorah!!!

He worked as truck driver. Driving for many different outfits such as Mushroom, Pennsy supply, LCB bulk and a few others through out his carrier. His CB handle was “ Screamin Demon “.

He was an active member of the Duncannon American Legion post 0340. He was also active with the Millerstown Moose with his late wife. He also enjoyed competing in Truck Rodeo’s.

He was preceded in death by His parent’s mother Alice and dad “Leigh” Cleveland Sr., Father Lester M Smith. Wife: Jesse E Cleveland, Brother’s: Lester M Smith Jr, Timothy R Smith. Sister in-law: Linda Cleveland. And Grandson: Noah J Cleveland.

He is survived by many loved ones to include, His children Daughter Nikki Lee Cleveland,Daughter-in-law Valerie M Cleveland. His Son’s: James (Val) A Cleveland Jr, Shaun J Cleveland, and Timothy J Cleveland. His Grandchildren: Angel Ray Cleveland, Crystal L Morgan, Drew L Cleveland, Alissandra (Josh) M Posey, and Joshuwa J Cleveland. His Great granddaughter: Jamey Lee Posey. His siblings Brother’s: Leigh aka Hap Cleveland Jr, John (Cathy) Cleveland, Randy Cleveland, Larry (Judy) Cleveland, Daniel Smith, Steve Smith, John (Laurie) Smith. Step brother: Robert Kendall. Sisters: Katherine (Anthony) Muro, Deborah Smith, Melissa Smith, and Tiffany (Terry) Colburn. Stepsisters: Lori Martin, Jackie (Dale) Bockhahn, Rebecca (Rodger) Newsom. Stepmother: Abbie Cleveland. Along with many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to attend James’s Interment at Fort Indiantown Gap National cemetery on Friday June 13th 2025 at 1:00 pm
