DearJudy and family of Jim!! Cant begin to recall all the great memories of Jim. It began years ago at Christmas parties and went on for years in his dentist chair! Please accept my condolences! He was quite a guy and a great friend of my dear deceased husband, John. They met in H.S. competing against each other in football! Just found out about his passing and found his obituary! I'm so sorry! God Bless you all!

Jack and I are so sorry to hear about James's passing. He was such a fun and lively person to be around! I always had so much fun discussing dentistry with him. You could tell how passionate he was about it and he had so much wisdom to share. Praying for comfort for your family during this time.

Continued prayers for James and his family. We (many if my 9) always loved going up to Park Ridge to the dentist. I remember visiting the Chidester home in Park Ridge years ago and enjoying the large photos of each of the Chidester children going all the way up the wall along the stairs. “Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord…”
Used to look forward to Dental appointments, just to see him and laugh. Best Dentist ever.

I only met Jim once when they came to Oregon.  I found him delightful,  smart, fun and liked him right away. I am so sorry to hear about his passing and am praying for the family to have peace during this difficult time. May you always have a smile on your face when you think of him.

Viki Bisby (friend of Sue, Judy's sister)

I was in shock when I heard the news of James's passing.
I have so many great memories of Jim. Not only was he the very best dentist I have ever had, he was so full of life. So many nights were spent with Jim ,Judy, Ed Geri and Gina standing around the island laughing and talking.. He never failed to tell us how loud  we all were! Such fun sharing time with dear friends. I cherish those memories and  I am heartbroken as he was just the best. He once told me that meeting Judy and marrying her was the best thing he had ever done and that he was the happiest he had ever been. He didn't have to tell me that because it was so obvious. True love at its finest. Rest well my dear friend and mix me up a vodka cranberry when we meet again.
