James John Bicoules, age 77, of West Palm Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully on November 8, 2024.

James was born on July 20, 1947, in Troy, New York, a son of the late James and Angela (Kayais) Bicoules. After graduating from Troy High School in 1965, James enlisted in the United States Navy before his honorable discharge in 1971. After his discharge, he studied at Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island.

Following his education, James moved to Florida, where he spent many wonderful years with his partner Tenna Ball, who passed away in 2013.

James is survived by his nieces, Michele Riccio of Connecticut, Marcia Manni of Massachusetts, and a nephew, James Castellani of Alabama. He is also survived by many great nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. In addition to his parents and parents, James was predeceased in death by his sister Nancy Castellani.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 11:30 am at the Forest Hills Cemetery, 115 Mt. Elam Rd, Fitchburg, MA. United States Navy military honors will follow.
