James Bently Forker III, 34, of Cleveland, Ohio, passed away on August 9,1957 in Rockmere, PA of injuries suffered from a diving accident.
Born in Akron, Ohio on November 7, 1923, Ben attended the Sibley School of Mechanical Engineering at Cornell University. Ben applied his engineering knowledge as Vice President of the Forker Corporation in Cleveland, Ohio until his death. Ben was an Ohio state champion wrestler while in high school at Shaker Heights High School and continued his love of sports into adulthood, skiing in the winter and swimming and diving in warmer weather.
He was survived by his wife, Margaret Molnar Forker (deceased 2019), parents James Bentley Forker Jr. (deceased 1968) and Blanche Smith Forker (deceased 1969), brother John Lee Forker (deceased 2023), sister Patricia Forker Cocking (deceased 2018), and daughter Laura Forker, born eight months after his death. Many nieces and nephews were born years after his death as well.
