My condolences to James's family. I first met James when [ describe how you know each other ] and we would often [ include common activities together ].
I met Jim my first year in High School, and we stayed friends all through the years. He was always a gentleman with a smile everyday. He always lended a hand when anyone needed him. He came to our house, and painted my sons first car. It was a beauty and my son loved it. He and Pam were the perfect match, we loved them both. He will always have a special place in our hearts an memories. The world has lost a wonderful man, husband , father, and grandfather. Rest In Peace my friend

Mom and Dad's 50th Wedding anniversary — with Lori Brodzinski
So very sorry for your loss, but happy you had such a wonderful man in your life.
My condolences to the entire family. I never met Jim but he must have been a great guy because he raised a wonderful daughter Lori.
Jim treasured his wife and family.  He lived and loved deeply and is reflected in those he loved.
