James (Jim) Stewart Arkin passed away on April 16, 2023 at the age of 81 in his Point Richmond home surrounded by his wife Barbara and two sons Jeffrey and Matthew. Jim maintained his terrific sense of humor and attitude until the end, but succumbed after a nine-year battle with Alzheimer’s.
