Jamee Balvin (56) passed away in a car accident on March 17th, 2023. Born December 17th, 1966 to James and Barbara Heidbreder, Jamee was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother (JJ), daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She was the third of four children and lived an extraordinary life. Jamee married the love of her life, Dale Balvin, on February 2nd, 1991. Throughout their 32 years together, they enjoyed camping, boating, skiing, and most of all time with one another. Raising their children Trevor (25), Tracee (24), and Todd (19) was one of the greatest joys of her life.

Raised with a passion for tennis, Jamee played in high school and throughout her life. The lake was one of her favorite places to be. She loved slalom water skiing. This last year, Jamee and Dale found a new favorite hobby–CrossFit. She rarely missed a 5am class. Later in life Jamee’s relationship with Jesus grew tremendously and she delighted in talking about God. She and Dale attended Highlands Church in North Scottsdale.

Jamee had an adventurous spirit and was often found exploring the wilderness in the Jeep with Dale and their pack of three dogs. She cherished her dogs and would bring them with her anywhere she could. She had a unique ability to capture memories and make the most of any situation–radiating a loving, uplifting, and welcoming personality. She cared more about loving others and having fun than what people thought of her.

Jamee had an entrepreneurial spirit and owned several businesses throughout her life. Great AZ Estate Sales was by far her favorite. To her, the business was more than work; she found joy in helping people and the deep friendships made with her team and loyal customers.

Jamee had the privilege of becoming a grandmother on June 30th, 2022. She deeply loved Emree (8 months), daughter of Tracee and Will Denton, and made Emree smile with her sweet snuggles and kisses. While her family still on earth will miss her forever, there is no doubt she’s in the loving presence of her Heavenly Father now, most likely still doing her handstands.

Jamee is survived by her husband, Dale, son, Trevor of Telluride, CO, daughter and son-in-law, Tracee (Tabby) and Will of Gilbert, AZ son, Todd of Scottsdale, AZ, granddaughter, Emree, mother, Babs, father, James, brother, Glenn (Gail), sister, Babbi (Barry), and brother Gregg (Anna) as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at Highlands Church on Saturday, March 25th at 10:00 am.
