Jamarius, 28, of Chicago, Illinois passed unexpectedly on July, 4th 2023 after a fatal altercation resulting in gun violence. We are devastated by this loss and completely unprepared.

Born on October 12, 1994 to loving parents LaFrance Beasley and Diane Larry, Jamarius immediately filled the lives of those around him with joy. Jamarius graduated high school in 2012 and went on to pursue a degree in Business Management at Parkland College. He successfully completed his degree in 2016. After college, Jamarius went on to start a travelling barber business, focusing on young black male youth.

Jamarius was a loving uncle to Theodore Lopez and adored his family. Jamarius was passionate about community and a firm believer in non denominational Christianity. His presence is sorely missed and his loss is deeply felt.

Jamarius is predeceased by Diane Larry, Ravonte Baker, Sean Baker, William Garner, DeSean Williams, Ethel Lee Beasley, Andrew Beasley, and William Beasley Jr. He is survived by sisters, Takara Broadway, Alexis Beasley,  and LaNiesha Beasley, and his father LaFrance Beasley. No official services will be held, at Jamarius’ request, but a wake will be held at Washington Park on July 22nd.
