It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Jalesa Merritt, born on September 29, 1994, who left us too soon on December 26, 2015. A vibrant soul full of life and promise, Jalesa will be deeply missed by all those whose lives she touched.

She is survived by her loving spouse, Thomas Pearl, whose love and support was her pillar of strength. Jalesa's absence will leave a void that is impossible to fill, but her memory will forever be cherished in our hearts.
