On 09/28/21 I went into Pre-Term Labor & Delivered Jakoby @ home.
This is totally unexpected & As hard as this is, Dylan & I have chose to have her cremated.
We’re asking for help to pay for that as we don't have the funds we need to have her cremated.
All money will be used to pay for services & Cremation costs.
Anything at all helps & We will appreciate it so much.
Please keep us & Our kids in your prayers as we go through this process & Heal together. Contribute
