Pa Jaime found his greatest happiness outdoors with dirt on his hands, and tending to his garden. He took pride in growing life from tiny seeds and caring for the land he loved. He cherished his ranch life and shared stories about those times being his most treasured memories.

Pa Jaime is preceded in death by his beloved wife Ma Guadalupe Vazquez. He was a loving father and survived by his children: Yaratzed Muñoz, her spouse David Muñoz and children Rick Daniel and Ileana Alvarado, Humberto Alvarado, Priscilla Alvarado and Martin Villagrana, Maria and Erick Alvarado; Ma Guadalupe Guzman, her spouse David Guzman and children Jaime Guzman, Javier Guzman, Nancy Guzman, Fernando Guzman and Maria Y. Santamaria; adoring adoptive father to Magdalena Cabrales and her 6 children. Also, survived by many loved great-grandchildren who will forever carry his strength, his stories, and legacy.

Mass will take place at St. Eugene Catholic Church on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 10 a.m.
