Jaden's obituary
Jaden White, 21, of Portland, Oregon, died Wednesday, December 6th, 2023, after a long battle with addiction.
Jaden Isabella White was born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, on October 21st, 2002. She grew up in Portland, Oregon, where she resided most of her life. Jaden enjoyed many things during her short time on earth. She loved spending time playing with her pets, hot tubbing with family, shopping, crocheting, writing/journaling, getting fancy coffee drinks, listening to music and dancing. As a child, Jaden had a passion for swimming and would spend hours at a time in the pool as often as she could. In addition to swimming, Jaden could always be found in front of the mirror practicing nails, hair, and makeup with dreams of becoming a cosmetologist. Jaden was a Christian, attended church when she was younger and was baptized.
Jaden had the most generous heart and loved deeply. Her love language was gift giving, and she would give gifts to family, friends, and even strangers any chance she could. Jaden had an infectious laugh and was extremely loved by all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by a great-grandmother, Corinne White; grandmother, Pamela Aamot; and an uncle, Ronald White.
Grateful for having shared her life are her newborn son, Jeremiah White; fiancé, Adrian Neira, Portland, OR; parents: Diana and Michael White, Portland, OR; and Leroy Olesen Jr., Parker, SD; three sisters: Skyler (Dylan) Mammenga, Sioux Falls, SD; Madison Olesen and Kennedy Johnson, Tea, SD; two brothers: Sean Stegall, Aurora, IL; and Ashton Olesen, Sioux Falls, SD; grandparents: Danny and Debra White, Oregon City, OR; Leon Aamot, Queen Creek, AZ; Harriette White, Freeman, SD; and Phyllis Olesen, Yankton, SD; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, a nephew, and friends.
