Dec 2021 - Jacques was in great spirits. He took us to some of his favorite wineries in Santa Barbara and a great meal for New Years Eve. He is a loving generous soul. I will miss you Jacques, but will always have you in my heart and will never forget you. I will remember and talk about you often!! Love you Jacques!

Dear Sakina and family, we are so very sorry to hear of your tremendous loss. Jacques will never be forgotten, that is for sure. We met Jacques and Sakina in San Francisco when we stayed in their apartment. Jacques joie de vivre was clear from the start: he would guide us to the best restaurants and bars in the city. His knowledge of good cuisine was much appreciated by us. We are glad we met him and thankful for his appearance in our lives, albeit brief. Our sincerest condolences, Kris & Chantal
