As per my mother's wishes, and for no other reason but honoring the wishes of someone quiet and private, there will be no formal funeral or service. She held the wishes that her children and grandchildren would unite in celebrating the life she led. She encouraged us not to linger in grief but to summon cherished memories of her and to pay homage through love, togetherness, and rejoicing.
