Background
Jacqueline suffered from undiagnosed Mental Illness along with a health condition that was not detected numerous hospital visits. She was a loving mother of 8 with one being 14 with Down syndrome. Our mom would faint alot anywhere and hospital said they couldn’t find anything wrong. Our mom drowned in the tub while having an episode again :(.
