Jacqueline “Jackie” Sue Judd Payne, 61 of Moraine, OH  took her last breath on Earth and her first breath in Heaven on the morning of June 9th, 2022. Born on January 06, 1961.

Jackie is preceded in death by her parents Jim T. and Janet Judd; her grandparents Hensley and Lizzie Judd, Henry and Marion Webster; brother in law John Payne; brother in law Cecil Smith; nephew Dylan Judd; along with many other Aunts and Uncles. 

Jackie is survived by her husband Jeffrey Payne; daughter Jasmine Louise Judd-Baker (Justin); Irish twin sister Jamie Maynard (Johnny); favorite brother Jim T Judd (Gretta); baby sister Jennifer Judd-Gustin; grandchildren, Katelynn, Makenzie, Mayah, and Roman; her beloved cat and best friend Sonny. Numerous nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.

Jackie graduated from Fairmont West in Kettering, Ohio in 1979. She continued her education at Sinclair Community College, for a degree in Business Administration in 1990. Jackie was employed at WPAFB as a civilian contractor from 1979-1996, where she held a top secret clearance and was very distinguished in her career.

Jackie and her husband Jeff, originally from Dayton, OH, relocated to Houston, TX and Jacksonville, FL, prior to making Pensacola, FL their home for the last 10 years. Jackie was employed at Test America for 7 years. In 2021, as a dispatcher she joined Matchett Bayside Towing company.

Jackie was a joyful person, always doing something to bring a smile to those around her. She was humble and found the joys in simple things. She loved all things nature, birds, flowers etc.

Jackie will be deeply missed by all who crossed paths with her.
