Jacqueline M. McGuinness, 88 of Gurnee, IL passed from this life into eternity on 12/30/2021 after patiently braving a long struggle with various health issues. She is survived by her three children Jeffrey Patchett, Judy Patchett(Lee) Lemar and Matthew Moore, her grandson Shawn Patchett and her great granddaughter Madison Patchett. Step son Thomas(Sue) McGuinness and step grandaughter Kate McGuinness. She grew up in Dwight, IL, having various jobs including a grocery clerk. She enjoyed cooking, traveling, golfing, gardening, spending time with family and friends and so much more. She was the sweetest, kindest and most generous person imaginable. Her wit, her smile, her laugh and her loving ways were contagious. She was loved by everyone. She will be deeply missed along with her husband Tom. Please keep her family in your prayers. The double funeral Mass and burial for Jacqueline and Thomas was on July 7 at St. Paul the Apostle Church in Gurnee, IL and the burial followed at Ascension Cemetery in Libertyville, IL.  Streaming link is:
