It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jacqueline Jamil Miri on March 28, 2026, at the age of 73.

Jacqueline was the beloved daughter of the late Jamil Assaad and Zeina Abboud. She was predeceased by her dear brothers, Jihad, Joseph, and Michele Assaad.

She was the devoted and loving wife of Ahmad Miri, with whom she shared a lifetime of love, strength, and family. A deeply cherished mother, Jacqueline leaves behind her children: Ghada Aoun (Ali), Faten Ghannam (Mohammad), Youssef Miri (Boron), Jihad Miri, and Wassim Miri.

She was a proud and adoring grandmother to Zeina, Hassan, Jacqueline (Sami), Abdullah, Lara, Ahmad Jr., Rana, and Zain, each of whom brought immense joy to her life.

Jacqueline is also survived by her loving sister Gilla and her brother Fadi Assaad, along with many extended family members and friends who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.

Jacqueline will be remembered for her warmth, strength, and unwavering love for her family. Her presence brought comfort, her wisdom guided many, and her love will continue to live on in all who knew her.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
