I offer my heartfelt condolences to the Fentress, Louison, and Mitchell families.  I recall many fond memories growing up with "Jackie".  She was friendly, talented, and a lot of fun to be with.  I was a member of the high school singing group, "Jackie and the Marchels" where she was lead singer.  We performed in churches and talent shows in Connecticut and New York.  (She and Elsie brought the southern style of gospel singing to our (New England) Shiloh Baptist Church that really  captured hearts the youth  and became part of the  standard music format.)

Jackie will be missed
