Jacqueline Rae Blondell, Born in San Francisco, California to John and Rae Thomas

She grew up in San Bruno California. Durning her years she moved around California until 1992 when she moved to Lebanon Oregon.

Jackie enjoyed riding bikes, skating, and playing with her best friend as a kid. In her adult years she loved to scrapbook and being with her grandkids and great grandkids. And man did she love her cats as well.

She survived by her husband Dan Blondell and children Jessica Lenhard, and Sean O Farrell. Her sister Laurie Carlisle as well as nieces, nephews, and cousins

Jackie Perkins

Great Grandchildren: Peyton O Farrel, Gavin O'Farrell, Gauge Gotchall, Evelyn O'Farrell, Aurora Wisterman, Chelyenne Paden, Layla Ortin, Amelia O Farrell

Jackie was full of life, laughter, and love. She took all the grandkids friends in as if they were her own grandkids.

She had a love for dolls, Bears, she loved riding on the back of Dans bike. She loved to garden she was a wonderful cook and very connected to God.
