Jacqueline "Jackie" Augustiniak, 47, of Summerfield, FL, left us, surrounded by her friends and family on September 06, 2022.
Jackie was predeceased by her grandparents Walter and Elizabeth Augustiniak as well as her aunt Betty Lewis. She is survived by her five children Taylor (Justin) Satterfield, Kaitlyn Lovelace, Reighn Dockery, Corey Baer and Jacob Baer, her grandchildren Gracyne, Jamison and Augustus Satterfield, Chloe and Arizona Dockery. Jackie spent her life doing what she loved most rescuing animals and rehabilitating them. She was a member of the local Baptist Church and she will be missed by all that cared for her.
