Jacob "Jake" Snowden, born in 1995, departed this world far too soon on October 15, 2023. Known affectionately as Jake, he is remembered for his indomitable spirit and warm, infectious smile. His personality forever etched in those who had the opportunity to know him.

In the wake of his passing, he leaves behind his beloved sisters, Candice and Tiffany Knott, several brothers, and his mother and father. In this time of sorrow, we hold on to the joyous memories that Jake left us. His spirit will continue to inspire and remain a beacon of light in the hearts of all who knew him.
