Jacob Schwolsky
Born in Hartford and raised in Manchester, CT, Jacob Schwolsky, 54, of Daytona Beach, FL, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, November 3, 2022. He is survived by close friends who loved him very much. He was predeceased by his beloved parents, Helene and Richard Schwolsky, and brothers, Bruce and Victor Goldfarb. Jacob was a generous, empathetic, humorous, fun-loving, and talented person who enjoyed theater, musicals and acting. He studied at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City. Subsequently, he worked in the hospitality industry on a cruise line specializing in the Galapagos experience, and he was a tour guide in Amsterdam for several years, as well as a flight attendant for various airlines. Jacob was never more alive than when traveling the world and meeting new people and cultures. He instantly made people feel comfortable, from the anonymous traveler on one of his flights to the array of celebrities that he met in his career. Jacob had an extraordinary zest for life and for experiencing the world. Those who knew him adored him. May his memory be for a blessing!
