As most of you know 6 years ago today Jacob became our Angel. We had to say goodbye to a son, a father, a brother, a grandson and a boyfriend. Jacob was all of these things to our family. Every year we do something to celebrate his life and to honor him. This has been set up so that we are able to get a memorial bench in Jacobs honor. Somewhere our family can go and visit. Also we would like to start a college fund for his son Isaac. We would also like to give back to the community and help others that struggle with addiction and mental health issues by making donations in Jacobs name. We will be setting up a non profit in his name in the near future. Thank you for your continued love and support!
