It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jacob Bowsher Sr., affectionately known as Jake. Born on December 1, 1979, Jacob left this world on July 27, 2025.

Jacob was a man whose personality was best described as sweet, kind, hard-headed, and hard-working. He spent his life wearing many hats, most proudly those of a loving paw-paw, loving husband, and dedicated father. Professionally, Jacob spent many years in the towing industry, an occupation that he handled with integrity and determination.

Among his many passions, Jacob was a keen lover of sports and the outdoors. He found particular joy in playing softball and spending quiet afternoons fishing. These activities not only enabled him to enjoy nature's beauty but also provided him respite from his professional commitments.

He leaves behind his beloved wife Jessica Bowsher, daughter, Rebecca Bowsher, a son Jacob Peter Bowsher Jr. and three beautiful granddaughters who will forever carry his memory in her heart. Jacob's influence and love will continue to live on through the life of many whose lives he touched.

A Celebration of Life for Jacob will be held on August 23, 2025 at 11:30 AM at Fred Poppe Park Athletic Field. It will be a moment for loved ones to come together and remember Jacob, sharing stories, love, and support during this difficult time. His presence in our lives was a gift, and while he will be dearly missed, his spirit will live on in the stories we share and the memories we hold.
