Jacob leaves behind his girlfriend Tiffany and his daughter Diane and his son Tayson and so many more. Jake always had a smile on his face and he loved to joke around and make people laugh, he had a big heart and was always there for his family and friends. He will be truly missed and forever in our hearts and on our minds.
