Jacob Allen, 35, of Summerville, SC passed away [unexpectedly] on September 05, 2022  

Jacob was predeceased by his father, Doug Allen, and mother, Sue Albrecht. He is survived by his brother Justin, stepdad David, ”Nana” Nancy, Aunt Nette, Uncle Terry, cousins Lisa, Ryan, and Chuckie, his girlfriend Katie, and his daughters, Chloe Allen (12) and Reagan Allen (8). Jacob grew up and made memories all around Charleston  -from Park Circle to College Park Estates- and attended Stratford High School. During his youth, he enjoyed skateboarding, drawing, video games, and graffiti art. His mom even taught him to sew! As an adult, Jacob retained his love for gaming, worked as an automotive mechanic for several years, and operated cell phone repair stores in Georgia and South Carolina. He also worked in commercial glass and automatic door industries, including Kiawah and MUSC. Jacob was a technology and electronics wizard - he could fix any device and was an expert in cell phone and tablet repair. In the past few years, he enjoyed kayaking and attending outdoor festivals. He expanded his love for art and technology by entertaining via music and light shows. Jacob was skilled at billiards, which he learned or perhaps inherited from his mom, and was known for some rather fascinating yo-yo tricks- courtesy of his Dad. Recently, his favorite pastime was spending time with his daughters, Chloe and Reagan on the weekends.
