On June 12th, 2022, Jackie L Osborn (Whittaker) of St. Helens Oregon gained her wings and joined her husband James in heaven. She was 61 years old.

Jackie was a loving mother of two children, a daughter, a sister, an aunt, and a friend who devoted her life to her family.

Jackie was widowed at a very young age. She worked and was both mother and father in a time when that was not common. Despite the struggles she always provided a warm loving home to Travis and Mindy.

Her family grieves her loss but take comfort in knowing James and her are together again.

Jackie is survived by her son Travis (Nikki) Whittaker, daughter Mindy (Kevin) Bolieu, Mother Judith Osborn, sister Kem (Paul) Oyler, sister Tammie Osborn, sister-in-law Brenda Osborn, grandchildren - Tyler Whittaker, Ashlee Whittaker, Jacob Whittaker, Tate Bolieu, Stephanie Bolieu, Jessica Bolieu, nieces- Dacia Osborn-Roberson, Kyleen Osborn, nephews- Robert Osborn Jr, Andrew (Kayla) Osborn, Michael Vergara, Timothy Bowers, Troy Osborn, Cameron Sisco, and great grand-daughter Ella Moon.

Jackie is preceded in death by her husband James Whittaker, father Jasper “Tiny” Osborn, brother Robert Osborn Sr, brother Rick Osborn, and great grandson Ryland Nicholas

A casual  Celebration of Life will be held at the Best Western Oak Meadow Inn St. Helens Oregon  on July 9th at 2pm.
