When she was still a young child, the family moved to rural Thornbury, Ontario. it was here that Jackie’s love for the outdoors, and for animals became apparent. After university Jackie, always the adventurer, decided to travel the world for one year. The place she loved most on her travels was Indonesia, where she resolved one day to return.

She worked for 10 years at IFOP, a French public relations company in Toronto, before returning to Indonesia where she spent many years teaching English.

Recently, she moved back to Toronto where she spent the summers at our cottage on Georgian Bay swimming and enjoying the outdoors. Jackie will be remembered for her sense of humor, infectious laugh, and impeccable sense of style. You will be missed Sis.
