Background
Jackie's granddaughter, Elliot Grace, was born with only half a heart - a severe congenital heart condition known as Hypoplastic Right Heart Syndrome (HRHS). Donations will help fund life-saving and life-changing congenital heart defect research so that Elliot, and thousands of others like her, can live long and healthy lives.
