Jack's obituary

Jack Willard Whitmore, 91 Passed away at 3 AM Saturday, March 12, 2022. at Haven Hospice Suwannee Valley. Jack was born August 2, 1930 in Warren Pennsylvania. He was one of 12 children to the late Clyde and Minnie J. Clark Whitmore. Jack was a proud veteran of the United States Navy serving at the end of World War II. He was a US Navy Corpsman. Jack was the business owner of Whitmore Paving, he operated his business for 47 years before he retired. He will be remembered as a loving, caring, and compassionate husband, father and grandfather. He loved everything about life, he enjoyed fishing, auctions, and traveling. He is survived by his wife, Tereasa Whitmore, son, Jack Willard Whitmore Il, daughter, Jacqueline Alvarez, Wellington, FL., Kristin Davis, Lake City, FL., Tamara and Ryan Slattery, PSL, FL., grandchildren, Nancy and Troy Schurter, WPB, FL., Matt Alvarez, Irvine, CA., Samantha Arbour, PSL, FL., Amber and Allie Davis, Lake City, FL., great grandchildren, Lauren and Alex Schurter, Wellington, FI., two sisters, Betty Maine, Busti, NY.,  Judy Newbree, Jamestown, NY., Proceeding death were his parents, Clyde and Minnie Clark, son, Jeffery Willard Whitmore, WPB, FL., grandson, Stephen Alvarez, WPB, FL.,  five  sisters, Barbara Minster, Jo Ann Klingensmith, Florence Hilton, Rose Gammino and Geneva Williams. Four brothers, Leon Whitmore, Clyde Whitmore, James Whitmore and William Whitmore .  Service will be held at: FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH 401 W Howard St. Live Oak, FL., 32064, visitation at 10:00am, service at 11:00am-12:00pm. Saturday, April 2, 2022. My wonderful husband made broken look beautiful and strong look invincible, may our Heavenly Father wrap his arms around him and welcome him into eternal  life, I love you honey.
