D...I think one of the hardest times in life. I am thinking about you more than I can say. I loved your Mother like a mom. She was a HUGE part of my growing up for sure. Her rides to school, the long talks at the kitchen table, the anonymous phone calls....we definitely would not be who we are without her. So kind and loving, stern but kindhearted. She'd do anything she could to help. I know she even helped my mom at a time when my mom had problems in her marriage. She was just always there. She will be greatly missed. Please take of yourself and know I'm here. I love you, D!

Growing up, Jackie was always the "cool grandma". She played video games and had the internet before most people even understood what it was. When Jack, Josh, and I were at Grandma's house, we got spoiled rotten. Instructions on how much sugar and junk food we could have, how much TV we could watch, or how we had to "behave" went right out the door as soon as Mom did. I'm sure Mom didn't appreciate that very much, but as kids, that made her the absolute coolest. I spent lots of time at Grandma and Grandpa's house growing up, and I always look back on it fondly. Aside from being the cool Grandma that spoiled us kids, she always made time for us even if it seemed like no one else could. She always used to tell me that if I had problems or needed someone to talk to, I could always come to her, no judgements. It was nice to have someone like that growing up. I loved my Grandma and I'll miss her dearly.

Deanna, Our deepest condolences. We always enjoyed your mom. We loved visiting with her at all your gatherings. She would always surprise everyone by showing up unannounced while the crew was camping up north. She would show up with a special treat for everyone. She will be deeply missed. Love ya the Keeney’s
