It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of Izalynn Downing-Cruz who was born and tragically left us on the same day, November 23, 2023. During her brief time in this world, Izalynn touched the heart of her beloved mother and father Jocelyn McGee:Israel Downing-Cruz who cherishes her memory. Although her life was short, her spirit made an indelible impression that will forever be a part of our lives. We find solace in knowing that Izalynn is now resting peacefully in the arms of angels. Our thoughts and prayers are with Jocelyn and Israel  during this tremendously difficult time. Izalynn, your light will forever shine in our hearts.
