Ivy Jasmine Radford's life was a shining example of hope and perseverance, beginning in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and continuing in Indianapolis, Indiana, after relocating in the late 90s. Her radiant smile, compassionate nature, and love for order touched the lives of everyone she met.
