She was the best teacher that I ever met
I had the honor of meeting Ivi as a fellow Teacher of the Year. She was a beautifully gracious rockstar who taught me so much in such a short time. I wanted to stop by and thank Ivette’s family for sharing her with us. We all loved her and will continue to keep her memory alive.
I had the pleasure of caring for Ms. Ivette during her time at the hospital, and she instantly became one of my favorite patients. She was so sweet, kind, and full of warmth. Despite going through what she was going through she remained positive. We quickly connected over our shared roots in Miami, Florida, and our mutual love for gold jewelry. My deepest condolences to her family may you find comfort in the memories of her beautiful spirit.

I had the privilege of meeting Ivi last year as a fellow Maryland Teacher of the Year, and we quickly became friends. She was one of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve ever met. The love and dedication she showed to the children she worked with was truly inspiring, and her impact will live on through every life she touched. I am deeply sorry for your loss and I am holding you in my thoughts during this difficult time.
I am so very sorry for your loss.  I worked with Ivette at CES.  Her bright smile and infectious positivity are foremost in my fond memories.  I am praying for you all as you go through this difficult time. ❤️

Dear Anais & family, I am so sorry for your loss, but I am truly moved by Mrs. Ivette's story and commitment to children's education. Please accept my humble donation to this fund for new teachers as a way to help honor her memory.

Very sincerely,

Josef

Anais and Family,

Sending our heartfelt condolences and praying that your heart will find peace in all of the wonderful memories you have made with your Mom. ❤️

An angel-will never forget her sweet smile. Her EKB teachers in Miami love her. My deepest condolences to her  beautiful family.
I am so sorry to hear you are gone. I worked with you at Ethel Koger Beckham Elementary and have very nice memories of that time. You were a great colleague and a wonderful motherly figure for your young students. Your warm voice and perpetual smile will always be remembered. May you rest in peace.
I’m so sorry for the loss of Ivette. She was a truly genuine soul—kind, humble, and always full of warmth. She left a lasting mark on everyone fortunate enough to meet her, with the sincerity of her words and the compassion she showed to others. May her family find comfort in the love shared and the cherished memories.
