Opelousas- A Mass Of Christian Burial Will Be Held For Ms.Iva "Tot" Dale Johnson On Saturday, October 9th,2021 @11:00am. at Our Lady Of Mercy Catholic Church In Opelousas , Fr. Greogory Simien Will Celebrate The Mass . Rite Of Committal Will Follow At Bellevue Memorial Park In Opelousas.
Iva Dale Johnson, 80, A Native Of Opelousas, Louisiana, Entered Into Eternal Rest On October 05, 2021, At The Carpenter House Of St.Joseph Hospice In Lafayette, Louisiana.
Iva Was A True Caregiver At Heart , She Enjoyed Cooking , Looking After Children And In Her Later Years Caring For Her Elders. She Loved Playing Pokeno And Bingo. Iva Enjoyed Spending Time With Old Friends Sharing In A Good Meal, Ironing, Listening To Live Music And Dancing. She Will Be Greatly Missed By All Who Knew And Loved Her So Much.
Iva Is Survived By Her Sister Melba Johnson Hargroder; And A Host Of Nieces And Nephews , Shannon (Stacey) Deville, TJ Schexnider , Shannon (Tiffany) Schexnider, Joshua Schexnider, Shantel Schexnider, Great Nieces And Nephews Are; Dustin (Amber) Deville, Amber Schexnider, Kayla (Jake) Jean-Lewis, Breanna Schexnider, Jade Schexnider, Shannon Schexnider Jr, Olivia Schexnider.
Iva Is Preceded In Death By Her Parents, Terrance And Nina Quinity Johnson; Brothers, Winford Bossco Johnson, Roland Johnson, And Sister Mary "Drousie" Johnson Schexnider.
Visitation Will Be Held On Friday, October 8,2021 From 3:00pm Until 7:00pm. At The Sibille Funeral Home In Opelousas, The Rosary Will Be Excited At 6:00pm. Visitation Will Resume On Saturday From 8:00 A.m Until 10:30am In The Funeral Home.
Iva Dale "Tot" Johnson Is Also Thankful For All That Help And Care That She Received From Stacey Deville, And Tiffany Schexnider , While She Was In The Nursing Home , Transferred To Lafayette General Medical Center, And Her Final Resting Place The Carpenter House Of St.Joseph Hospice In Lafayette.
