Background
I was born 2003 premature and ended up living for 18 years suffering with hear problems. I lived in un developed country in Africa. I father was a college professor and made enough money only for their living. She was visiting her heart doctors. One time she felt short breath and was taken yo the er when they would not treat her without paying in cash. She then was delayed treatment and passed away 9/30/2022.
