Con profundo dolor, pero también con gratitud por su vida, la familia Figueroa comunica el fallecimiento de Ismael M. Figueroa, cariñosamente conocido como "Junior", quien partió en paz el pasado 29 de junio de 2025 en Miami, Florida, a los 65 años de edad.

Ismael nació el 8 de febrero de 1960 en la República Dominicana, tierra que siempre llevó en su corazón. Fue un hombre de carácter noble, generoso y lleno de amor por su familia. Su calidez, su risa sincera y su presencia incondicional marcaron profundamente a todos los que tuvieron el privilegio de conocerlo.

Le sobreviven su madre adorada, Dulce Mireya, su esposa amada, Clara Marcalle, con quien compartió una vida de amor, compañerismo y respeto, y sus queridas hermanas: Xiomara Toribio, Zobeida Torras y Ruth Omayra Figueroa-Aquino, pilares fundamentales en su vida.

Ismael también fue profundamente querido por sus cuñados, Camilo Toribio, Jorge Torras y Juan Aquino, quienes lo consideraban un hermano más. El cariño que sembró se extendió a todos sus sobrinos, sobrinas, familiares y amistades, quienes hoy lloran su partida, pero celebran su legado de amor, humildad y alegría.

Quienes lo conocieron recordarán su espíritu generoso, su pasión por ayudar a los demás, y el valor que daba a la familia por encima de todo. Fue un ser humano excepcional cuya memoria vivirá por siempre en los corazones de quienes lo amaron.

El velorio se llevará a cabo el martes 1 de julio de 2025 en Vior Funeral Home, de 5:00 p.m. a 12:00 a.m.

With deep sorrow, but also with gratitude for his life, the Figueroa family announces the passing of Ismael M. Figueroa, lovingly known as “Junior”, who passed away peacefully on June 29, 2025, in Miami, Florida, at the age of 65.

Ismael was born on February 8, 1960, in the Dominican Republic, a country he always held close to his heart. He was a man of noble character, generous spirit, and immense love for his family. His warmth, sincere laughter, and unwavering presence left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing him.

He is survived by his beloved mother, Dulce Mireya, his loving wife, Clara Marcalle, with whom he shared a life filled with love, partnership, and mutual respect, and his dear sisters: Xiomara Toribio, Zobeida Torras, and Ruth Omayra Figueroa-Aquino, who were pillars of strength and love in his life.

Ismael was also deeply cherished by his brothers-in-law, Camilo Toribio, Jorge Torras, and Juan Aquino, who considered him as much a brother as a friend. The love he gave extended to all his nieces, nephews, relatives, and countless friends, who now mourn his passing but celebrate the legacy of kindness, humility, and joy he leaves behind.

Those who knew him will remember his generous heart, his passion for helping others, and the value he placed on family above all. He was an exceptional human being whose memory will live on forever in the hearts of those who loved him.

The wake will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at

Vior Funeral Home, from 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
