Isabel was born to Enrique Ortega and Celerina Frias on July 08, 1927 in Watts, California. Isabel met her husband, Alejo Guzman Ybarra in 1947 in Oakland, California. They married November 20, 1948 and went on to have 3 beautiful daughters, Sally, Alexandra, and Ruth . Isabel moved from the state of California to Bend, Oregon in 2003. In addition …
