ISABEL "POCHITA" TIPACTI, 70, of TARZANA, CALIFORNIA, passed away on February 28, 2023 after of an aortic occlusion.
ISABEL was born on August 19, 1952 to Josefina Natalia Garcia Vigil and Luis Gerardo Tipacti Rios in Lima, Peru. After graduating from Isabel La Catolica, she went on to study Trade.
