I was blessed to be Irma's minister at Elora United Church, from when I moved here in 2004 until she relocated to Calgary. We shared many good conversations along the way, especially around our shared interest in World War II (for me, it was history; for her, a lived experience). I just found out about her passing from another friend of hers, Coralie Corlett. Our congregation will be holding your family in prayer this Sunday, and giving thanks for our sisgter in Christ.
