Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, she was the daughter of her late father ,Samuel Torres, and Concepcion Robles Quezada.
Irma led a life that was an inspiration to many. She spend over a decade being a voice and an advocate for people in their most vulnerable time. She was very accomplished in her profession as a trilingual medical interpreter (Spanish, English, American Sign Language) with over 98 …
