It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Iris Mocan, who left us on October 9, 2023. Born in 1990, Iris was a beacon of love and laughter, always encouraging those around her to lead with kindness and a light heart.

Iris is survived by her mother Shirley; three loving children Ayden, Elijah, and Lukas; siblings Robert, Kristy, Deanna, Tyler, Tucker, Brody, and Brooklyn; and many other relatives and friends who will continue to cherish her memories and uphold her legacy of humility and kindness. Iris is preceded in death by her father Raymond Mocan, grandmother Marie Reader, and grandfather Charles Dickson. Iris's absence will be deeply felt by those lucky enough to have known her, but her inspirational lessons on love and laughter will continue to resonate in their hearts.

A memorial service to honor Iris's life will be held on November 5, 2023, at 6:00pm at the Kincaid Chalet. Friends and family are invited to pay their last respects, share stories, and celebrate the generous spirit of Iris. It promises to be a fitting tribute to a life lived with grace and dignity, reflecting the deep love and respect we all hold for her.
