My deepest condolences and sorrow to family and friends, Aunt Irene was the salt of the earth!
I remember spending time on Great Aunt Irene's farm when Gram Florence had us for the summers while my mom worked.
Gram and her or aunt Mary would have such long conversations on the phone that I'd have to drive over to make sure her phone was hung up because family was worried, so Gram Florence got surprise visits.
I'd then get scolded and have to sit and wait for them to finish the conversation 😅 How they loved to talk on the phone and write to each other after she moved away to Florida!
Aunt Irene, I wish I could be there today to say goodbye, but I will visit soon.
I know you, Aunt Mary and Grandma Florence are happily playing cards.
Thank you for the wonderful memories.
